The motivation to become a professional legal entity came from the accumulation of years of experience in the industry as a CLT employee, combined with the observation of poor or unsatisfactory quality engineering services provided by many professionals. 

In the first 5 years of my career I had fantastic experiences on the factory floor with electromechanical maintenance, monitoring large machine assemblies with international teams for the metallurgical sector (gas furnaces, electric furnaces, liquid metal leakage systems, rolling mills, overhead cranes), corrective and preventive maintenance of machines in general and execution of continuous improvement projects for internal processes, always in direct contact with the most modern existing control systems (PLC's, Supervisory Systems, HMI's, Frequency Converters, Transducers specials, among others). In the next 10 years I started a  new trajectory in the segment of assembly of electrical panels for low voltage with the development of the most diverse types of electrical projects for the sectors of industrial automation, machine safety and low voltage energy distribution. Projects that served practically all sectors of the industry for national and multinational companies . I mention the main ones: 3M, Siemens, Duratex, Cargill, Metso, Schaeffler, Villares Metals, CBA, Metalex, Adimax, Barry Callebaut, Mosaic, Prysmian, Nexans, Chemyunion, BASF, International Paper, Kimberly Clark, SUEZ, Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls), among many others.
